Grade 9 is on fire!
Grade 9 had fun with flame tests on Apr 19, 2024. Many metals ions give characteristic colours when put into fire. This is an important way of identifying their presence in samples. Our grade 9 chemists enjoyed their analytical chemistry and doing the practical work helps them to remember important information about the subject. Chemistry can be a complicated and abstract subject, but Grade 9 are proving themselves more than up for the challenge.
